Our Mission

We promote inclusive economic development by equipping women and youth with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to achieve financial independence. By supporting entrepreneurship and practical skills — from farming to beekeeping, from market stalls to soap production, and many other locally driven initiatives — we lay the foundation for long-term growth and resilience within communities.

What We Do

Microcredit & Start-up Support

We provide small, low-risk loans to women and youth to help them launch or expand income-generating activities — such as tailoring, farming, beekeeping, soap making, or other small businesses that respond to local needs and opportunities.


Business Skills Training

Participants receive hands-on training in entrepreneurship, bookkeeping, product development, customer service, and business planning — all tailored to their context.


Mentorship & Coaching

We connect aspiring entrepreneurs with experienced local mentors who provide guidance, accountability, and motivation throughout their journey.


Market Access & Networking

We help small business owners gain access to markets, join cooperatives, and explore digital platforms to sell their products and grow their impact.


Vocational Training

We offer practical training in relevant trades and crafts — including sustainable agriculture, beekeeping, and other income-generating skills — that align with local economic realities and empower participants to build lasting livelihoods.
